Adult Programs at the Regional YMCA of Western CT

At the YMCA we help develop the whole person – in Spirit, Mind, and Body.

We offer a wide range of programs ranging from fitness to health maintenance to arts and crafts. Swimming programs include scuba, adult swim instruction, water aerobics, and much more. Health programs include our Nautilus equipment, yoga, Pilates – the list of opportunities in which you can participate is seemingly endless!

Our Mission:

The Regional Y is a community service organization dedicated to building strong kids, strong families, and strong communities through the development of spirit, mind and body.

 

Financial Assistance:

YMCA memberships and programs are open to everyone.  When the costs of our services prevent an individual or family from participating, the YMCA will offer financial assistance, as funds are available, to those who are eligible.  See the Member Service Desk for more information.
