The YMCA’s ESCAPE to the Arts Summer Program enables
children to explore creativity, learn artistic technique, discover the
value of teamwork, and build self-esteem.
We provide a fun
summer learning experience through the arts with a variety of week-long programs.
Ages
3 to 12

Half Day: 9:00 –
11:30 am
Full Day: 9:00 am –
4:00 pm; Pick up at Camp Greenknoll (4:00 – 6:30 pm extended care
included)

Spaces
are limited! Campers who choose the full day option will take a YMCA van
from ESCAPE to Camp Greenknoll in Brookfield. Campers will eat lunch,
swim, and participate in outdoor activities at Camp Greenknoll.
Additional paperwork is required.
LITTLE ARTISTS
Ages 3-5
9:00 – 11:30 am
Each week children
explore a
different theme while creating works in a variety of media (drawing,
painting, clay, etc). Projects are fun and allow little artists to build
their skills in art.

ART EXPLORERS
Ages 5-12 (must have
completed Kindergarten)
9:00 – 11:30 am (with
full day option available)
Each week children explore a different theme while creating
works in a variety of media (drawing, painting, clay, etc). Projects
incorporate academic enrichment with the arts. Families are invited to a
mini art show at the end of each week.
