Celery Bisque sprinkled w/ gorgonzola,
Rutabaga Pear
Chicken Tortilla Soup w/ Lime
French Lentil Soup w/ Sausage
Two-Potato Chowder with Caraway
Black Bean Soup with a Hint of Orange

Family teams will construct a
miniature balancing sculptural circus. This activity is based on
the famous Whitney Museum Circus constructed by nationally renowned Roxbury, CT
native sculptor Alexander Calder. There will be a short history of
Calder, and modeling demonstration, followed by families constructing their own
individual circuses. Learn more about Alexander Calder’s work on the YouTube
