| Wellness Membership Plan - Includes Wellness Center, Racquetball, Sauna, Track, Aerobics
Classes, Gym, Pool, Reduced Fees and Priority Registration. This plan includes the
use of the Greenknoll and Boughton Street facilities. |
You will also be charged a one-time joiners fee of $30 when you sign-up for
each Wellness membership plan, unless membership lapses for a period of 30 or more
days.
Each

you must print, fill out completely, and bring to either the Greenknoll or Boughton Street branch locations. Please be sure to
also bring the documentation supporting your income. Temporary
membership cards are not available for this program on-line.

EZ
Pay is a continual membership, only stopped upon written
request.
Joiners
fee is a one-time fee unless membership lapses for a period of
30 or more days.
Family
Wellness Plus includes babysitting and unlimited Life Fitness
for everyone 14 and older. Health Center for family
members over 18 only.
Family:
Husband & wife and children 17 years or younger, or 18 if in
High School, and full-time college students up to 22 years of
age (college ID required).
Single
Parent: Divorced, widowed, or single parent with children.
Regional
Membership includes both Greenknoll and Boughton Street.
The
Regional Y has a code of conduct which all members must follow.
The
Regional YMCA of Western Connecticut reserves the right to
adjust any and all fees at any time, based on the financial
needs of the organization.
