Wellness Membership Plan - Includes Wellness Center, Racquetball, Sauna, Track, Aerobics
Classes, Gym, Pool, Reduced Fees and Priority Registration. This plan includes the
use of the Greenknoll and Boughton Street facilities. |
You will also be charged a one-time joiners fee of $75 when you sign-up for
each Wellness membership plan, unless membership lapses for a period of 30 or more
days.
During the membership process, you'll see 3 screens:
The Membership Application, the Membership Agreement, and your Temporary
Membership Card.
Please
print all 3 screens
and
remember to print copies of your temporary membership card for each family member per your
membership plan
You'll need to present your temporary membership
card(s) at the front desk (each new member's temporary card is good for 2 days
only [Saturday & Sunday count as one day] - be sure to have pictures taken
for your permanent card(s) to continue to use the facilities).

EZ Pay is a continual membership, only stopped upon written
request.
Joiners fee is a one-time fee unless
membership lapses for a period of 30 or more days.
Family Wellness Plus includes babysitting and unlimited Life Fitness for
everyone 14 and older. Health Center for family members over 18 only.
Family: Husband & wife and children 17 years or younger, or 18
if in High School, and full-time college students up to 22 years of age (college ID
required).
Single Parent: Divorced, widowed, or single parent with children.
College: Full-time college student only; Y form must be completed
within 30 days - please stop by the facilities front desk.
Senior Citizen: 65 years or older.
Senior Citizen Husband & Wife:
Either spouse must be 65 years or older.
Regional Membership includes both
Greenknoll and Boughton Street.
The Regional Y has a code of conduct
which all members must follow.
The Regional YMCA of Western
Connecticut reserves the right to adjust any and all fees at any time, based on the
financial needs of the organization.
Scholarships and tuition assistance
