Maintain Don't Gain November 1- January 9
Give yourself the gift of health this holiday season. Join our 10 week maintenance program and let us support you through the holidays. Trying to lose weight during the “most wonderful time of the year” can be a challenge. Our program is designed to help you maintain your weight throughout the holiday season with support and motivation from our experienced staff and a supportive group of participants. Weigh in at the beginning of the program and each week after that to keep you on track. Private online support and discussion groups will also be available to participants. Participants who maintain their weight may be eligible for discounts on the 2016 Lose to Win program beginning in January. Registration opens October 14.
Lose to Win January 2016 - April 2016
Healthy starts here in January. This 12 week program is designed to help you lose or maintain your weight through physical activity and nutrition education. Participants are placed on or form a team of 6. Teams compete against each other, offer motivation and encouragement and provide a supportive community. Learn new healthy behaviors and how to make them last or fine tune the healthy behaviors you already have. Lose to Win provides a challenge and fun for all levels. Registration opens December 17th.
Fit in 12 Year Round
Personalized attention, goal setting, coaching and an individualized workout designed for the new or experienced exerciser. This 12 week program starts whenever you are ready. During the 12 week program, you will meet with your Fit Coach, who will assess your needs and goals design a workout to fit those needs and goals and provide support and coaching along the way. Open to Full members. Registration is OPEN now.
BINGO September
Not your average BINGO! This 5 week program will keep you motivated to stay fit and start the Fall season off with some fun. Each week receive a new card to complete. As the weeks progress, the activities become more challenging and fun. This is a low key way to stay fit through the Fall but still have some accountability. Registration Opens August 19th.
10 Pound Challenge July- August
Don’t let the lazy days of summer interrupt your healthy lifestyle. Join the 10 pound challenge and have some fun and get motivated to stay on track. Weekly weigh‐ins, tracking, weekly tips and motivation. Participants will set goals, and those who reach their goals will get entered into a drawing for raffle prizes.
One on One Wellcoaching Year Round
Make 2015 your year. Work with a certified Wellness Coach to discover your best self. During sessions, clients will work with their Wellness Coach to set realistic goals to increase self‐ efficacy and discover strengths to overcome obstacles. Create a blueprint for your wellness vision and take steps towards that vision each session. Wellcoaching does not involve physical activity but rather focuses on behavior change.
