Lose 2 Win | Group Based Weight Loss Challenge
Bring a friend or family member and get ready for a fun new year! Back from a year hiatus, the Regional YMCA is pleased to offer the Lose to Win program once again. Lose to Win is a 10-week program designed to help you lose or maintain weight through physical activity and nutrition education.
Grab your fitness friends and build a 6-person team or meet some new friends by asking to be placed on a team. Lose to Win is a team-oriented competition, but the emphasis is on YOU.
Each week, there will be individual, or team challenges focused on physical activity. The challenges allow you the opportunity to explore new areas of the facility, attend new classes, and be part of a tight-knit family, all while working towards your individual goals.
In previous years, participants created lasting behavioral changes and made new connections all while having fun.
