TRUNKS NEEDED:

Showcase your business while supporting a fun community event

SPONSORS NEEDED:

On behalf of the Regional YMCA of Western Connecticut, we would like to extend an invitation to you to HOST Halloween themed booth, trunk or both at our Trunk or Treat event. This community event will be held on Friday October 30th, 2026 from 6 PM – 8 PM at the Upper Pavilion of the Camp Greenknoll campus. Individuals, businesses, organizations, non-profits, clubs and service groups are invited to support our community and promote their business through our Trunk or Treat. Our Trunk or Treat provides a fun and safe trick or treating experience for youth and families in our community. Each participating business will need to provide a Halloween themed trunk or one table and chairs (tent optional), with at least one person and candy or giveaways for 300-500 children (this is only an estimate). Your trunk or table can be decorated with your logo as you see fit.

Please complete the sponsorship application and return it via email, mail or in person to Kariana. Deadline to sign up as a sponsor is October 15, 2026.
