GREENKNOLL BRANCH CLOSED Aug. 31 – Sept. 7

Every year, the Y holds its annual shutdown to deep-clean and service the Greenknoll Branch before fall programs begin. This gives our team time to maintain pool equipment, filtration systems, and facility spaces so everything is ready for a fresh season. The Greenknoll Branch will close for this year’s shutdown beginning Monday, August 31 and will reopen Tuesday, September 8.

Outdoor Pool Schedule:

While the branch is closed, the outdoor pool will remain open on a modified schedule from Monday, 8/31 through Monday, 9/7:

Lap Swim

• Monday–Friday: 5AM–8PM
• Saturday–Sunday: 10AM–3:45PM
• Monday 9/7 (Labor Day): 10AM–3:45PM

Open/Family Swim

• Monday–Friday: 12PM–8PM
• Saturday–Sunday: 12PM–3:45PM
• Monday 9/7 (Labor Day): 12PM–3:45PM

Where to Work Out During the Shutdown

Because the Y is part of Y-USA’s Nationwide Membership, members are welcome to use any participating YMCA branch during our annual shutdown. We recommend calling ahead to confirm hours and availability before you visit, since schedules vary by location. You can find nearby branches on the Find Your Y page.
