10-Week Maintenance Program – Stay on Track Through the Holidays!

This program is designed to provide the support and accountability you need to maintain your weight during the festive season.

  • Weekly weigh-ins to monitor progress
  • Weekly support and POP challenges to keep you motivated
  • Maintain your weight within 2 pounds of your starting weight and be eligible for exciting prizes!
