Family Activities

Family Programs are a special time for families to have fun and create memories that last a lifetime. Families can enjoy participation in swimming, basketball, games, crafts, and much more. Check out some previous events the Regional YMCA of Western Connecticut has held at the Greenknoll facility.

*An adult must accompany all children during all family programs (including swimming) unless stated.

Monthly Events

Kids Night Out – Monthly Event

Friday – 6:00 -8:30 PM
Ages 3-10

You can enjoy night out while your children enjoy the Y with games, crafts and gym time. Pizza dinner is included.

Middle School Madness – Monthly Event

Saturday – 7:00 – 9:00 PM
Grades 5-8

The YMCA is staying open late so middle schoolers can take over! Our facility will be open exclusively to students in grades 5-8. Activities include swimming, open gym, basketball, and a good old time.
