Take the 36/12 Fitness Challenge
Stay motivated and accountable at the Regional YMCA with the 12 Week Fitness Challenge. Sometimes all we need is a little nudge to keep us going! They Y is here to help you stay consistent. Workout 36 times in 12 Week and you’ll be eligible for raffle prizes from the Y!
June 2 – August 24
- Open to Y members only
- Workout must be done at the YMCA and must be at least 30 minutes
- Earn a maximum of one dot per day
- Scan in at the Front Desk each time you workout and pick up your dot
- Place your dot next to your name on the Challenge boards in the hall
- Meet the challenge and be eligible for prizes
