How It Works:

1. Commit to a fitness tier of how many 30 minute work outs you will complete per week.

  • Casual: 2-3 work outs per week
  • Advanced: 4 – 5 work outs per week
  • Ultimate: 6 -7 work outs per week

2. Come to the Y and exercise for at least 30 minutes from January 13- March 23. Try to reach your committed days each week!

All work outs must be completed at the Regional YMCA.

3. Each time you reach your weekly goal, you will be entered into a prize drawing. Don’t worry, we can track everything for you!

4. If you complete all 10 weeks you can get extra entries according to your tier.

(Casual = 2 entries, Advanced = 4 entries, Ultimate = 6 entries)

Let us help you create those healthy habits as you kick off the New Year!

This low commitment, non-competitive, highly supportive program will help you create habits that you will be able to maintain all year long. Sign up for a tier, work out however it fits your schedule, and we’ll do all the tracking. Drawings for prizes will be held throughout the 10 weeks, so be sure to hit your goals so you earn those raffle tickets.
Social events will be organized throughout the program to provide participants with opportunities to connect and meet new people.
