What Is the YMCA Fitness Express Pass?

Exercise is so important for a healthy life. It’s even better when kids learn the right way to do it while they’re young. The YMCA Fitness Express Pass teaches kids proper form in a safe, supportive setting. Let them know that exercise can be fun!

This program is designed for ages 10-12. Students work with a certified Personal Trainer throughout. They’ll learn the proper use of strength and cardio equipment. They’ll also practice correct form when using weights. Wellness Center etiquette is covered too, so kids feel confident and comfortable.

How the YMCA Fitness Express Pass Works

This is a small group program. That means real interaction, not just instructions. Students can ask questions and get personal attention. Every session is built around a safe workout environment.

Successful completion of the YMCA Fitness Express Pass comes with a reward. Graduates gain access to the Weight and Cardio Rooms. Parental supervision is required for all visits.
