NEW PROGRAM*** Healthy Eating for Life.

Healthy Habits for Life is a four-week journey designed to empower individuals with the tools and knowledge to make lasting changes to their eating habits. Through hands-on learning and practical tips, participants will explore the fundamentals of nutrition, learn how to read food labels, master portion control, and embrace mindful eating. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to refresh your habits, this program is here to support a healthier, more balanced lifestyle—one step at a time.

What to Expect

  • Week 1: Understanding the Basics.
  • Week 2: Label Reading made simple.
  • Week 3: Portion Control & Smart Swaps.
  • Week 4: Mindful Eating & Meal Planning.

Two Classes to Choose From:

  • Wednesdays at 6:30 pm on ZOOM beginning July 9th or
  • Fridays at 10:30 am at the Y beginning July 11

Cost: (for all 4 sessions)

  • MEMEBERS $50
  • NON MEMBERS $75
