No matter what your goals are, we have a program that can fit your needs. From large group competitions to small one on one session, we can meet your weight loss needs.

Stay motivated all year with our Wellness Challenges and Programs. Each one offers something different but still challenging. Go ahead and plan your year! We’ve got you covered.

Commit to FIT!

January – March

This low commitment, non-competitive, highly supportive program will help you create habits that you will be able to maintain all year long. Sign up for a tier, work out however it fits your schedule, and we’ll do all the tracking. Drawings for prizes will be held throughout the 10 weeks, so be sure to hit your goals so you earn those raffle tickets.

Lose to Win

Taking a hiatus for 2025 – Join us for Comit to Fit!

Healthy starts here in January. This 12-week program is designed to help you lose or maintain your weight through physical activity and nutrition education. Participants are placed on or form a team of 6. Teams compete against each other, offer motivation and encouragement and provide a supportive community. Learn new healthy behaviors and how to make them last or fine-tune the healthy behaviors you already have. Lose to Win provides a challenge and fun for all levels. Registration opens December.

Challenge the Madness

Join the Madness and take our Group Exercise Class challenge. Participants are given a goal to take 30 classes in 31 days! Are you up to the Challenge?

Spring Into Summer

This team-oriented competition begins in April. Whether you participate as an individual or team of 2, Spring into Summer will keep you motivated. Compete against others as you earn points by completing weekly challenges and activities, working out at the Y and attending bi weekly Healthy Living workshops. Program runs for 8 weeks and is a low-key competition.

IronMan Challenge

May

The Ironman Challenge covers the distance of an ironman triathlon over 31 days.Cover the distance of an iron man triathlon (2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, and 26.2 mile run) over 31 days. Use the tracking system to record progress and update your weekly progress. You could win a YMCA prize upon completion.

36/12 Fitness Challenge

Maintain your fitness levels and goals all Summer with 36/12. Workouts 36 times in 12 weeks and get entered in drawing for a raffle prize.

September Survivor Challenge

Are you ready for a challenge? Will you be the last one standing? Take the survivor challenge to find out. Earn points by working out at the Y. Each week the minimum point requirement increases…will you be knocked out or will you advance to the next level? Last member standing will win a prize.

Maintain Don’t Gain

November – January

Give yourself the gift of health during the holiday season. Join our 10-week maintenance program and let us support you through the holidays. Trying to lose weight during the “most wonderful time of the year” can be a challenge. Our program is designed to help you maintain your weight throughout the holiday season with support and motivation from our experienced staff and a supportive group of participants. Weigh in at the beginning of the program and each week after that to keep you on track. Private online support and discussion groups will also be available to participants. Participants who maintain their weight may be eligible for discounts on the Lose to Win program beginning in January. Registration opens during Fall registration.

Turkey Tri

November
